Job Description:

• Work with design architects, project architects, BD & legal.
• Create feasibility report on FSI potential and development restrictions before acquisition.
• Coordinate with BMC (Building Proposal), SRA, MHADA, MMRDA, Fire Brigade, AAI, MPCB, CRZ and other statutory bodies for IOD/CC/OC approvals.
• Prepare and review approval drawings, FSI calculations, indexed plans, and documents as per DCPR 2034.
• Track file movement through AutoDCR and online portals.
• Respond to scrutiny comments and ensure timely clearance of all NOCs and permissions.
• Financial Budgeting for Project making Regulatory Costing.
• Project Evaluation under various schemes of Development under DCR rules.
• MIS Reporting of various ongoing projects to HOD.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Ability in understanding and applying relevant local, state, federal, and industry regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
