GeeCee Ventures Limited, formerly known as Gwalior Chemical Industries Limited, is a forward-thinking company with a strong focus on real estate. Established in 1984, the company is publicly listed on the NSE and BSE Limited. Over the past 14 years, we have successfully transitioned from our historical roots in the chemical industry to become a prominent player in real estate development and investment.

In August 2009, as part of a strategic shift towards real estate, we sold our chemical manufacturing unit and rebranded the company as GeeCee Ventures Limited. This transition marked our commitment to leveraging our expertise and resources in the real estate sector, where we now focus on delivering exceptional projects and investment opportunities.

Our team of seasoned entrepreneurs brings extensive experience from various fields, including manufacturing, construction, financial services, and trading, which we now channel into creating innovative real estate solutions. Mr. Rohit Ashwin Kothari

Non - Executive Director

Mr. Rohit Ashwin Kothari, Non - Executive Director, is a Chartered Accountant and MBA from Babson University, USA having about 15 years of experience in various businesses. Presently he is a non-executive director on the board of the Company and advises the company on investment activities and is spending time on development of new projects. His advice to the board has helped the Company in building a better investment portfolio for the Company.

Mr. Gaurav Shyamsukha

Whole Time Director

Mr. Gaurav Shyamsukha, Whole Time Director – Executive, is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Commercial Finance & Accounting. Presently he is looking at the Financial Management and Commercial aspects of the Company. He is also having in-depth knowledge of all integrities involved in Real Estate Sector. Being a Whole Time Director he is involved in the day to day activities of the business and is a constant advisor and decision maker and a strategic planner for the real estate segment of the Company.

Mr. Sureshkumar Vasudevan Vazhathara Pillai

Whole Time Director

Mr. Sureshkumar Vasudevan Vazhathara Pillai, Executive Director holds Bachelor degree in commerce and has also done Diploma in Marketing and Management. He has expertise in Sales and Marketing and leads the sales department. He has been leading the sales team for over 10 years and has been a mentor and is actively involved in the real estate segment. Overall he has experience of about 31 years in the same field. He also looks after the identification of the land and appropriate property for construction and development of those properties.

Mr. Vallabh Prasad Biyani

Mr. Vallabh Prasad Biyani, Independent Director is Chartered Accountant and has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounts. He is working as an advisor in Aditya Birla Health Services Limited - Pune since 1st October, 2012. He advises and guides board on its compliance and monitoring.

Ms Rupal Anand Vora

Independent Director

Mrs. Rupal Vora is a practicing advocate and specializes in Direct taxes. She has over 35 years of experience in the field of Direct Tax Practice and Accounts/Finance. She has been serving on the Board of several listed Companies. She has over 35 years of rich and varied experience in the field of Law and Direct Taxes. She advises the board on the matters affecting the taxation and financials matters. She is also a very active participant on the Board.

Ms. Neha Bandyopadhyay

Independent Director

Ms. Neha Bandyopadhyay has completed her Bachelor of Education from Mumbai University, MBA in Finance and B.Sc. in Textile Designing. She has varied experience in the field of Teaching, working with Bank as Sales Co-ordinator, Accounts field and has also undertaken responsibilities of marketing, accounts, purchase and relationship Management in the field of Design while being associated with the Texcellence Clothing & Institute of Design. Presently she continues to be advisory member of the Texcellence Clothing & Institute of Design.
